 The Northern Ireland Creative Movement and Aerobic Championships (NICMAC)This exciting competition is now Northern Ireland’s most popular and prestigious annual event providing a stage to showcase the wealth of talent that exists in our Province. Since its inception in 1989 the competition has greatly increased in numbers and popularity and the introduction of the School Team Competition in 2000 has encouraged many schools to enter affording them the opportunity to inspire those pupils who have an aversion to sports by offering a welcome alternative in fitness. Our dance aerobics team took part in the annual NICMAC competiton held at Lagan Valley Leisure Plex in Lisburn on Saturday 14th March.
